Update on Capital infusion of ~2153.00 crore in the Bank by the Government of India
In terms of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in continuation of our letter No. HO/SD/496 dated 26.12.2019 on the captioned matter, we have to inform you that the Bank on date has received the capital infusion fund amounting to ~2153 crore (Rupees two thousand one hundred and fifty three crore only) from the Government of India. The said amount of capital infusion fund is being maintained by the Bank as "Share Application Money" pending allotment.

The new BS-VI norms will upgrade our entire range of trucks (LCVs & MCVs 5 to 13 Ton GVW) and buses (from 12 to 60 seats, for School, Staff, Tourist and Luxury Travel applications) along with the wide range of special application vehicles
Since BS-VI norms are strict in terms of emissions into the environment and is a complex technology, making the technology much simpler, multiple times extensive testing that have been done indigenously, which has given us enough confidence that our product will be far superior, trust-worthy and fuel-efficient and would be widely accepted and liked by our valued customers.
