ln pursuance of the said amalgamation, 6,45,071 (6.9370) Equity Shares of Bharat gears Limited held by Future consultants private Limited shall be transferred to ultra consultants private Limiied in due course by way of an off market transfer subsequent to which ultra consultants private Limited shall hold 14,11,109 (15.16%) Equity Shares of Bharat Gears Limited.

We hereby inform that the USFDA inspected the Company’s topical manufacturing facility located in Ahmedabad from 16th to 20th December, 2019. At the end of the inspection, no observation (483) is issued.

CRISIL

Board of Directors of CRISIL Limited has today approved acquisition of 100% of the equity share capital of Greenwich Associates LLC and its subsidiaries, at a consideration of USO 40 million, subject to closing adjustments. The acquisition will be done through CRISIL Limited's 100% subsidiary, CRISIL Irevna US LLC.

The acquisition is subject to regulatory approvals as applicable and meeting other customary closing conditions

lupin facilitates 'The Best of ACG' in association with American College of Gastroenterology

Pharma major Lupin Limited (Lupin) announced an association with the American College of Gastroenterology (ACG) for a new initiative 'The Best of ACG'. Under the terms of the agreement, ACG will take the best education materials from the ACG conference and will present it in Kolkata, Bangalore and Delhi in January 2020. Through this initiative, Lupin aims to bring in global educational material and provide access to latest developments in the field of gastroenterology in India.

The announcement wa·s made by Dr. Mark Pochapin, President - ACG, Dr. M ahesh Kumar Goenka, India Governor - ACG and Dr. Nalini Guda, Prof. Medicine, University of Wisconsin, at the Asian Pacific Digestive Week 2019, which was held at Kolkata recently.

NLC INDIA

“NLC India Limited has Commissioned Unit 1 of New Neyveli Thermal Power Station (2 Units of 500 MW each) on 19.12.2019 at 11.30 P.M. The formal clearance from Southern Regional Load Despatch Centre is under process. The fuel for this plant — lignite will be sourced from Mines at Neyveli. The main plant packages are supplied and erected by M/s. BHEL.

This is the first 500 MW lignite fired power boiler in the Country and so far the highest capacity of lignite fired boiler in India is up to. 250 MW only.

With the Commissioning of this unit, the total installed power generation capacity of NLC India Limited has crossed 5000 MW. The power from this plant will be supplied to the states of Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Puducherry”. \

Sanction of Scheme of Merger by Absorption of Metahelix Life Sciences Limited with Rallis India Limited and their respective shareholders by National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench and Bengaluru Bench

This is to inform you that the National Company Law Tribunal ('NCLT'), Mumbai Bench, vide its Order dated zo" December, 2019, sanctioned the Scheme of Merger by Absorption of Metahelix Life Sciences Limited ('Transferor Company') with Rallis India Limited ('Transferee Company') and their respective shareholders ('Scheme'). The certified copy of the Order from NCLT for the same is awaited.

Further, the NCLT Bengaluru Bench has sanctioned the Scheme vide its Order dated 111 h November, 2019

Wipro partners with NASSCOM to unveil FutureSkills platform

Wipro partnered with the National Association of Software and Services Companies (NASSCOM) to launch the FutureSkills platform for 10,000 students from over 20 engineering colleges in lndia.

This is a part of Wipro's Corporate Social Responsibility programme, TalentNext which aims to enhance the quality of engineering education by preparing faculty and academic leaders to train students.
