BASF India Limited completes divestiture of stilbene based Optical Brightening Agents
business to Archroma India Private Limited
We now wish to inform you that the closing has taken place and consequently, the Company's stilbene
based Optical Brightening Agents business for paper and powder detergent applications stands
transferred to Archroma India Private Limited with effect from 6
th December, 2019.
The Company has received a consideration of Rs. 33.50 crore subject to necessary working capital
adjustments incuding an amount of Rs. 13.84 crore which will be kept in escrow for a period of
12 months from the closing date.

The work has to be completed within 21 months from the lOth date of issue of Work Order (i.e. Q3rd December, 2019, received on 6th December, 2019).
None ofthe Promoter/Promoter Group has any interest in the aforesaid work.
