Receipt of LOA for Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority Project

In continuation to the Announcement made on October 25, 2019 by Ashoka Buildcon Limited ("the Company"), the Company further updates that the Company has received Letter of Award (LOA) from Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority ("UPEIDA") in respect of the Project viz. Development of Bundelkhand Expressway Project ("Package-Ill"): From Kaohari (Dist. Mahoba) to BaroliKharka (Dist. Hamirpur) (Km 100+000 to Km 149+000) in the State of Uttar Pradesh on EPC Basis.

The accepted bid value of the Project is Rs.1,079.52 Crore.

Selling of Equitv Shares of Bharat Gears Limited (BGLI in ooen market to meet working capital requirements

This is to apprise that our Company Raunaq EpC lnternational Limited (REIL) holds 2,92,980 Equity Shares comprising of 3.1 5% in Bharat Gears Limited (BGL) as per the tatest shareholding pattern as on 3O'h Seplember,2019 fited by BGL with the Exchanges, falting under the category of promolers/promoter group of BGL .

To meet oul the day to day working capital requirements, REIL proposes to selt the aforesaid shareholding in the open market in one or more tranches.

Therefore, a tranch comprising of 39,568 (0.42%) Equity Shares has been sold in the open market today for the aforesaid purpose and the balance sharehotding hetd by REtL may atso be sold in the open market by REIL in near future to meel out its working capital requirements.

Sedlacek's expedence includes working retail operation director at Gabriel & Co; president of sales and business development at AL TR another lab-grown diamond company; and vice president of merchandising at Reeds Jewelers. He has also worked for HRA Group, Rolex USA, and Ben Bridge Jewelers.

This is to inform that Hinduja Global Solutions Limited (HGSL) has today entered into a definitive agreement for sale of its India domestic Customer Relationship Management (CRM) business to Altruist India Private Limited ("Altruist"), based out of Panchkula, Haryana and operates BPO units across the country. INDIABULLS HOUSING FINANCE

This is to inform you that with reference to PIL, filed in Hon’ble Delhi High Court, against Indiabulls Housing Finance (IBHFL) on loans given to five Groups, today the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, filed an affidavit in the Court stating “As far as the loans given by IBHFL to five companies, viz, DLF, Amricorp, Vatika, ADAG and Chordia which are the subject matter of the instant Writ Petition, the report states that loans given to Amricorp, ADAG and DLF have been repaid and loans given to other two entities viz Vatika and Chordia reported to be “Standard Accounts”.

The petitioners had alleged in the PIL that the loans were given to shell companies. The Company had refuted the allegations in the Court and had submitted documentary proofs and bank statements with respect to these loans. Subsequently, the Hon’ble Court had issued a Perjury Notice to the petitioners.

The facts stated in Govt affidavit, filed today, provides a true and clear picture about the allegations made in the PIL.

Maruti Suzuki’s All Gujarat Institute of Driving, Technical Training and Research (AGIDTTR) trains 15000 tribal youth in driving training; makes them employable

Maruti Suzuki India Limited has achieved yet another important milestone under its CSR program. The Company has successfully trained 15000 tribal youth in driving training, making them employable. These students were trained at its All Gujarat Institute of Driving, Technical Training and Research (AGIDTTR) situated in Waghodia, Gujarat. Of the candidates trained, 70% have secured employment or have taken up the role of an entrepreneur. The achievement coincides with the institution completing 10 years of its inauguration.

AGIDTTR was established in 2009 as a public-private-partnership model between the Ministry of Tribal Development (Gujarat) and Maruti Suzuki. Through its comprehensive driver training programs, the institute has consistently focused to provide skills set for gainful employment opportunities to tribal youth. Apart from the scientifically designed course curriculum, the state-of-the-art institute provides practical training through facilities like driving training track and driving training simulators. Further, the institute uses ARITRA, a camera based image processing technology to enhance learning.
